For years, ERGO campaigns have put the brand front and center and given people the GO. But not everyone was reached. 100,000 Austrians identify as diverse. Yet no insurance company offered this option. So ERGO launched an initiative. Building on the existing campaign mechanics, three pronouns were included. One model, three genders. To avoid whitewashing, the campaign wasn’t rolled out broadly. Instead, it was targeted where it directly impacts people. In specialized medical practices, on social media, and in specific environments.
